This page explains how to disconnect an Instagram account or Facebook Page from Pixel Smart Agent, and how to request full deletion of your data.
Disconnect an account in the service settings
In the Pixel Smart Agent settings you can disconnect any connected account at any time. From that moment the Service can no longer publish to the account, and its access token is deleted immediately.
Disconnect from Facebook or Instagram
- Open Settings in Facebook or Instagram.
- Go to “Apps and websites”.
- Select Pixel Smart Agent.
- Tap “Remove”.
Once removed, the Service can no longer publish to the account.
Request full deletion of your data
Email office@pixeltech.co.il from the address linked to your account, and say that you are asking to delete your Pixel Smart Agent data.
We will delete your account details, the business content and the details of connected accounts within 30 days.
Request deletion through Facebook or Instagram
If you removed Pixel Smart Agent in Facebook or Instagram, you can also request deletion of your data from there, on the same “Apps and websites” screen. Such requests are also handled within 30 days.
What remains after deletion
Posts that were already published stay on the business's Instagram account or Facebook Page. You can delete them there directly.
